Costs - what is included?
Every school expedition is tailor-made and we will work with you to create an itinerary that suits both your goals and budget. Fundraising can be daunting but we firmly believe that all students can rise to the challenge, with our support.
Included:
Your team costs
- All Food (3 meals a day)
- Accommodation
- All activities
- Transport on the ground
- Some visas (dependent on destination)
- Full UK based pre-departure preparation & training (can include wilderness training)
- Debriefing session on return
- 1 or 2 full-time, trained Quest4Change leaders (number according to team size)
- Team equipment, inc. tents, stoves, ropes, etc
- Personal medical & cancellation travel insurance
- 24 hour UK support while your team is overseas
Project donation*
Not included:
- International flights
- Some visas (dependent on destination)
- Personal equipment e.g. sleeping bags, walking boots, rucksacks
- Personal spending money for drinks, snacks & souvenirs
*Direct project donation:
This donation goes directly to the project you are working on, and all overseas, through Quest4Change. The donation covers the materials used by your team during their project work whilst also providing longer-term support to the work being done, ensuring your work is both beneficial and sustainable.
